• We will need the calling database from you in Excel format only.

• We ensure a minimum of 50 connected calls per day or 100 dial numbers a day, whichever is higher. Apart from this, follow-up calls will be made additionally.

• We currently cater to 4 different languages. BANGLA , ODIA, HINDI, ENGLISH

• Once we receive the project details, the assigned caller will review them thoroughly and connect with you for further discussion. A demo call will be arranged, and after receiving your approval on the same, we will go live and begin actual calling using the database you provide.

• We ensure daily reporting of leads, including details in an Excel document along with the respective call recordings.

• The caller will send the daily calling report between 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM, which will include call recordings and the lead data in Excel format.

• We categorize the data into three segments: ‘maybes’, ‘hot leads’, and ‘cold leads’.

• Regarding data privacy: your database will remain secure. We use a CRM system that strictly prevents any form of data misuse or sharing.

• The ROI from calling will primarily depend on the quality of the database shared with us.

• If it is a cold calling database (random contact numbers), the expected conversion rate is approximately 2–3%. If the data consists of genuine inquiries or leads, we currently observe a conversion rate of approximately 9–12%.
